In the second quarter of 2025, the top-down game category saw varied performance across the top five apps on a unified platform in Qatar, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Whiteout Survival from Century Games Pte. Ltd. experienced fluctuations in weekly revenue, peaking at about $49.6K at the end of March and stabilizing around $37.6K by the end of June. The game’s weekly downloads saw a gradual increase, beginning at 3.6K and rising to 4.3K. Meanwhile, weekly active users showed a positive trend, climbing from 26.1K to approximately 29.6K.

Yalla Ludo - Ludo&Jackaroo by Yalla Technology FZ-LLC had a spike in revenue towards the end of June, reaching $31.2K. Downloads increased steadily from 1.9K to 3.7K, and the app maintained a healthy rise in active users, from 14.8K to 18.3K.

Ludo STAR from Gameberry Labs showed a consistent revenue pattern, with a notable increase to $14.7K by the end of the quarter. Downloads hovered around 1.3K, and active users fluctuated slightly but ended at 22.1K.

Kingshot also from Century Games Pte. Ltd., saw a significant rise in revenue, peaking at $33.1K by the end of June. Downloads increased from 701 to 3.3K, while active users showed a marked improvement, escalating from 371 to 4.9K.

Finally, Dark War:Survival by Florere Game Limited had a stable revenue trend, closing at $13.5K. Downloads experienced a slight decline, ending at 417, and active users remained relatively steady, finishing the quarter at 846.
